All you need to know before your visit
- Parking is FREE for Ascott visitors.
- It is a 5–10 minute walk to the House and Gardens from the car park; however, we have a volunteer-run buggy that can transport you.
- You're welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy it in our designated picnic area or on one of the benches located throughout the Estate. Please note that gazebos, tents and other temporary shelters are not permitted.
- We do not have wheelchairs available for visitors to borrow for use around the Gardens or Estate. However, a wheelchair is available at the entrance to Ascott House for use inside the House only.
- No dogs are permitted on site except for assistance dogs. We welcome accredited assistance dogs and assistance dogs in training, which should wear an ‘in-training’ harness where possible.
- Ascott is a cashless site and accepts card payments only. Please note that we are unable to accept American Express (Amex).
